Construction of the Established

Hebrews 4:12-13 (NASB) -For the word of God is living and active and sharper than any two-edged sword, and piercing as far as the division of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart. And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are open and laid bare to the eyes of Him with whom we have to do.
~I have read this verse many times. But God has sent a revelation my way while I was studying this passage a few nights ago. The thought was "This is why we don't like to read the bible." Let's be honest, you are going to favor the friend that says everything you do is perfect and fine over the one who corrects everything you do. Gods word does just that! It corrects you! This is a good thing. The notes I wrote beside this verse in my bible was "This is why we don't like scripture; however, once something is found to be wrong, it can be fixed." If you are like me, you long to be that person God wants you to be, and this is the way!
Let me also throw this thought out to you.. The one who reads 1 book in his entire life span and actually grasps what the author is saying is much better off than the full who reads to have his book count high. What I mean is this.. Read your bible with the intention of change... Not to say you've read your bible today! The same goes for worship.. Anyone can sing a song... But to actually grasp the meaning of the song and to praise God because he has been so great for you is the difference in singing and worship. Dear growing child of God, don't be afraid of change! Allow God to fully equip you. The bible teaches us to rightly divide the word of truth and then we can be a workman that needs not to be ashamed! When God shows you where you fail... Learn from it and change it! I love you. God loves you! <3

The True Test

Joshua 8:26 (NASB)- For Joshua did not withdraw his hand with which he stretched out the javelin until he had utterly destroyed all the inhabitant of Ai.
~This verse spoke to me as I was going through a tough time. This verse said to me, "Don't give up until the battle is over." The next day I was told an amazing testimony by a tenant of te apartments my family owns. She told me that the year 2011 was her worst year yet. She began to tell me everything that was happening. It was enough to drive anyone mad. But no matter how tough her battle got, she prayed that God would glorify his name and that he would teach her whatever she needed to be taught. She never stopped fighting on her knees. 2012? 2012 has been her answer. It's her new day. God has begun to bless her with tremendous blessings. The Lord began to work in me. He put the questions "What now?" What do we do now that the storm is over? You see, dear Christian, that is the true test. Do you still believe God can do great things after your storm? Do you still get carpet burns on your knees once your battle is done. Do you still long for Gods presence in your life after? You should, dear friends, we should. We need to fight! Fight until the battle is over, fight once the the battle is over, and fight for one another. Love God my friends!

True Love... True Christianity

1 Corinthians 13:1-3 (NASB)- If I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but do not have love, I have become a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy, and know all mysteries and all knowledge; and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. And if I give all my possessions to feed the poor, and if I surrender my body to be burned, but do not have love, it profits me nothing. ~Lately God has been showing me what true Christianity is. I don't know what time you'll be reading this but righ now there is a huge fight over Chik-Fil-A saying they support biblical marriage. I wish you could have heard some of the hateful things said about gays while I was waiting in line for a chicken sandwich. For some reason I was torn. Agree with the hatred comments or disagree. Why? Why am I feeling this? While I wanted to agree I just kept thinking about Jesus Christ. Correct me if I'm wrong but I can't see Jesus holding up a sign saying something to the order of "Gays to Hell" or slandering strippers in Gods house. I believe Jesus called us to love. Shall we bring to remembrance the story of the woman (speculations say Mary Magdalene) the "religious" people were throwing rocks at her. Preaching against her. Maybe holding up signs about her. Jesus stepped in and said "He who has no sing can cast the first stone." Did Jesus agree with what Mary was doing? No. But did he still love her and show her God's love? Yes! Anger can start a flame, love can start a fire!~

Can't Give Him Half my Heart and Pray He Makes Me Whole

Wholly His. That is exactly what we should be. How? Well that's an easy answer with a hard follow up. But I can guarantee you this, If you want God to make you wholly his, you can NOT give him half your heart. What does that mean? You can't pray to him any time you need help an then live for Satan when he has helped you. In the bible it talks about walking in the light OR walking in the dark. It's a choice not a compromise. You can't walk in the light sometimes and in the dark sometimes. You have to love like He loved. Live like He lived. Your choice :Wholly His or Wholly Not. It's your choice. It's time to act now(:

You Have Gained Freedom....

The moment that you were saved God freed you. You were placed in the Fathers hands to be completely secure. Never to be taken out! You dont have to be scared or even weary because you are no longer yours... You are Gods... Dont care about what others think about you. But think about what God thinks about you! I hope that this helps someone! Love you guys

Personal Responsibility

I urge you all to gradually or even all at once ready Romans 12:1-16:27. It basically teaches you How To Behave. Why dont we do a study together through it all! Of course these things are for saved people! SO today lets talk about Salvation! Romans 3:23 (NLT)- For everyone has sinned; we all fall short of God's glorious standard. Romans 6:23 (NLT)- For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternallife through Christ Jesus our Lord. God wants to save you and wants you to live a long happy life through and for him! Allow him to transform you and make your life great! Belive me it will be the best decision of your life!! Having Trouble Standing? Try Kneeling!

Too many times do we teenagers feel like we have to accomplish and tackle everything on our own at our own strength! We should learn that the Lord is our strength. The Bible even tells us in Phillipians 4:13 that "I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength." When we begin to lose sight of how much we need God in our life.. We loose sight of what is really important! What it is really important is that we follow Gods will for our life! Do this for me... Read your bible everyday... Read it because you have to and the want to will catch up with you! Just one chapter. Pray at least when you go to bed! See if you dont get closer to God and allow him to have more and more control over you! I hope you have a blessed day!
